PECS was responsible for the structural and foundation projects and for some specialties of a building destined for a commercial area, within the scope of a housing and commercial enterprise.
In addition to the development of the projects, he was also responsible for their coordination and for monitoring the respective administrative licenses.
Description
The overall structure of the building is made up of a mesh of pillars, the resistant cores of the elevator and stairs and beams. The proposed structural solution involves the use of solid reinforced concrete slabs, with a thickness varying between 0.25 and 0.30 m depending on the areas of the building. These slabs work supported directly on pillars, beams and walls, which transmit the loads to the foundations. These, depending on the characteristics of the terrain, will be made directly using shoes.
The covers are made using a metallic structure. This will consist of metal profiles HEB 500 and HEB 400, with IPE 180 madres. These profiles will support the reinforced concrete structure through plates previously placed on the columns.
