Description

The structural solution for the various lots involves the use of solid reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness varying between 0.18 and 0.23m, depending on the floors, for lots 2, 3, and 4, with a thickness varying between 0.20 and 0.27m depending on the floors, for lots 6, 7, 8, 8A, 9 and 10, and thickness varying between 0.18m, 0.21m and 0.25m depending on the areas and floors of the building, for lot 1.

These slabs work directly supported on pillars, beams and walls, which transmit the loads to the foundations.

Given the characteristics of the terrain, the foundations of the buildings were made either directly by means of shoes, or indirectly by means of piles molded in the land, with an estimated length of 8.0m. The connection between the foundation piles and the rest of the structure is carried out by means of foundation blocks with a height of 0.90m and dimensions in plan that vary according to the situations.
